We quote a flat rate for the dryer vent cleaning. This includes our tech pulling your dryer away from the wall, (not all situations allow or require this) removing the dryer vent and inspecting visually the area in the laundry room and the possible overflow of lint reaching your dryer. But that’s not all. Most lint stacks up deep in the vent on it's way out of the home, so we run a steal spinning brush that is specifically designed to go into the vent releasing as much lint as possible. We then connect a high powered vacuum to the vent pulling that lint (or possibly blow the lint out), dust and dander out of the vent and creating a clear vent ready to keep your dryer working correctly. We then re-attach the hose to your dryer, double check the functionality of your dryer and clean up around the laundry room area. This is our basic clean and something we are proud of.

Additionally we can replace your old dryer duct hose with a newer safer model. We carry the awesome DryerFlex hoses to all of our cleaning appointments. DryerFlex is an excellent alternative to the typically slinky foil hose or semi-rigid metal hoses that most customers have. Ask your tech about the DryerFlex Hose.

 

Bird's love nesting in exterior dryer & bathroom vents. While we are cleaning your vent we will inspect your outer vent cover (either on the side of the house or on your roof). In some cases it's time for a new vent cover that will help keep the birds out. For this purpose we are proud to offer the Magnetic Vent. This stylish, well-built vent meets or exceeds all requirements for safe dryer venting. Galvanized steel and powder coated, available in white, tan and brown, they're the last wall vent a home will ever need. This is a great addition you may want and we are happy to install for you.
